Villa Astrid***** je luksuzna vila za najam, smještena na potpuno ograđenom posjedu od 2.500 m2, a nalazi se u malom mjestu Reburići nedaleko Labina. Naši gosti mogu uživati u veličanstvenom pogledu na more, Raški kanal te prostranu zelenu unutrašnjost Istre. Sama vila ima veliki travnjak pogodan za razne sportske aktivnosti pa i za aktivnosti kućnih ljubimaca koji su dobrodošli. Villa Astrid***** ima kapacitet za smjeptaj 11 ljudi u 3 spavaće sobe, od kojih su 2 na katu, trosjed i fotelja na razvlačenje u dnevnom boravku te još 1 spavaća soba u izdvojenom objektu. Sve spavaće sobe su komforne, moderno namještene, sa king size krevetima (200x210), klimatizirane te velikim TV. Dvije sobe na katu imaju prostranu zajedničku terasu sa koje se pruža fenomenalni pogled na cijeli krajolik. U prizemlju se nalazi veliki dnevni boravak sa blagovaonom i potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom te gostinski WC, sve pokriveno klima uređajem i TV. Kroz veliku staklenu stijenu, izlazi se na natkrivenu terasu na kojoj se nalazi kameni roštilj i sudoper te veliki stol za objedovanje i druženje. Villa Astrid***** ima veliki bazen dimenzija 11x5 metara uz koji se nalazi i sunčalište sa ležaljkama. U samom bazenu nalaze se mlaznice koje zamjenjuju whirepool te sustav za protustrujno plivanje koje omogućava rekreacijsko plivanje. U sklopu ograđenog posjeda, nalaze se i 4 parkirna mjesta od kojih su dva natkrivena.
