Luxury Beachfront Villa on Island Čiovo, Trogir, Croatia with splendid swimming pool and amazing views on the Adriatic Sea. Villa Carlisa has 4 identical luxury apartments each with a comfortable and quite bedroom, spacious bathroom, fully equipped modern kitchen, dining and living room with an extendible bed sofa (170 x 190 cm) and a balcony with a stunning sea view. The beach is only 40 m away. The sea at the beach is ideal for snorkeling as the water is crystal clear and in the bay are a lot of fish, sea stars and many other underwater attractions. There is a big world class barbecue/grill (with roof) including sink and big surfaces for preparing the food. It has an amazing view over the pool area and the sea. It is located in the common area where the pool is. Parking is easy and comfortable as each apartment has its own and easily accessible private parking. We have two loading stations for electric vehicles!

Villa Carlisa is located at the southern beach on Island Čiovo with other beachfront villas neighboring it. The beach is very natural, clean and quiet (not very crowded as only guests from the neighboring villas have access to it). The water of the sea is very clean and crystal clear with sea stars on the ground visible.
