This beautiful Villa is located in a small Istrian village and offers an ideal vacation for friends and family.
It has 4 bedrooms (3 of which are ensuite) and 2 more bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. In addition, the villa has a basement with 1 additional bedroom, a sauna and a children's playroom with toys and a Playstation 4. Of course, billiards, darts and table tennis are part of the basement entertainment area, as well as an indoor fireplace for ambiance.
The yard includes a fully fenced garden with a swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy, and there is also a large barbecue.
The location is ideal for exploring the whole of Istria. Almost all Istrian beaches and towns are a 20-minute drive away. Only a few kilometers away are Žminj and Svetvinčenat, interesting Istrian towns. Shops, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes' drive away.
