We operate 4 exclusive holiday homes on the Islands of Solta and Vis : Villa Azzurro, Villa Bianco, Villa del Mar and Villa Oceanus. Our company is privately owned and set up in 2009 by an international hotelier with decades of experience in developing projects, investing in and operating in the hospitality industry. The villa is exclusively for our guests. Minimum age of renter must be 25 years. Your local host is available for all local assistance you might require. Activities : •Swimming, snorkelling and diving in crystal clear waters •Cycling and walking in untouched natural scenery •Discover beautiful hidden coves and enjoy total privacy •Sea kayaking •Visit the lovely fishing villages Stomorska and Maslinica •Local wine and olive oil tasting at the agrotourism Kastelanac •Honey from Solta - presentation and tasting at family Tvrdic in the neighbouring village Grohote •Excursion to Split (by ferry), UNESCO protected city with Diocletians Palace

Villa del Mar: This landmark house with lots of history has been carefully redesigned and renovated, turning it into a Mediterranean luxury villa by the sea. The original stone structures have been preserved and complemented with contemporary comforts as well as an elegant interior. This holiday home has five bedrooms, three of which have a marvellous sea view. Whilst the pool is the best place to relax during the day, the secluded courtyard with its traditional grill invites you to spend lovely evenings under the Mediterranean stars.
