Modern luxury villa with sea view near Split. The Villa Duje is what one would put in the description of the phrase "luxury villa". It just catches your attention by its beautiful and sophisticated furnishings, sauna and most of all, the breath-taking view from the house and from the pool area.
The location only adds to the villa's value, since it is located near the sea and near the beautiful town of Split and Trogir. The villa can accommodate up to 10 persons in 5 comfortable and tastefully furnished bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find the modern kitchen, the open-space living area, sauna, the gym and a guest toilet. On the first floor are 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Aircondition in all the bedrooms. The outside area is the inviting infinity pool and terrace with sun loungers and an alfresco dining and barbecue area. The Villa has full privacy and private parking for 5 cars.
