Villa Giardino di Eva is a lovely, modern furnished holiday house (semi-detached house) located in the quarter Kukci, about 3 km from the sea and 4 km (less than 5 minutes drive) from Porec. The house was built in 2006 and in 2015 finished and equipped with quality furniture. Situated on enclosed property of 300 sqm the villa offers to the guests the following outdoor facilities: 30 sqm large private pool with gradual entrance, 4 sun chairs, well maintained lawn, summer kitchen with covered terrace for dining, barbecue fireplace, spacious terrace with sitting set on the first floor of the house and several parking spaces. Villa Giardino di Eva is a holiday home with a total living area of 185 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors. The ground floor consists of a dining room with fireplace and glass wall with view to the terrace and garden, fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and two shower/toilets
