Villa Ilaria is a beautiful holiday house that consists of three air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living area with a sofa bed that can be used as a bed for two adult persons. Two bedrooms consists of one king size bed and the third one has two single beds with a small bathroom. In front there is a large 45m2 terrace with a dinning table. The whole house is surrounded with a beautiful private garden with palm trees, lemons, live fences and greenery. In the middle of the garden you will find a large 5*5m swimming pool with sun deck, sun lounges, chairs and sun umbrellas, as well as the hammock for enjoying in the shade of a big pine tree reading a good book and drinking a nice drink. This house is perfect for big families or large groups of friends because of its large private garden and location, and jet the house is located on one of the most best locations in whole Bol, only 80 meters from the first beach and the sea. Villa Ilaria does not have a private parking, because of the location where it was build, however, just 2 minutes walking distance from it, there is a large, free public parking where guests can park their car and never use it again during their vacation as everything is close from this location. Villa Ilaria is located on the west side of Bol, on one of the best locations in the whole town. This location is called "Setnica", and it is actually the main road where all the towns beaches are. Setnica is pedestrian zone only, with beaches, bars, souvenir stands, kite surfing and windsurfing spots, diving centers, bike check points etc. All in all the best location in Bol. The house itself is actually 80m above the Setnica promenade, so 80m from the first beach and the sea. When you reach the promenade, after 35 seconds of walk, on the left is the center which is a 7 minutes walk along the beaches, and on the right is a nice beach and sea walk to our famous beach Zlatni rat, on which you will find a couple of cocktail bars, food stands, massage chairs, couple of restaurants, fast foods and all other attractions that Zlatni rat beach provides. So to spend your vacation in this amazing neighborhood is a vacation well spent. I am sure you will love it.
