 The name IstriaLux combines the region we love with the term “lux” - for us, luxury is not about material opulence but a unique experience that creates lasting memories.

*Upon request, a baby cot and a high chair are available. Villa Japlenica is located in the village of Žavori, near Žminj, and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. The villa consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. The interior is simple and functional, designed to provide guests with a pleasant and relaxing stay. In the spacious garden, guests can enjoy a heated outdoor pool, a children’s playground, and a table tennis setup, making the house suitable for families with children. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available in the yard. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, there is a peaceful forest, ideal for light walks, jogging, or simply spending time in nature. Besides natural shade and fresh air, the forest also offers additional amenities for relaxation and recreation – a hammock, a stone table with benches for socializing, a children’s swing, and a slackline. This special corner makes the stay particularly enjoyable for families and for everyone who wants to relax in greenery and peace away from the city crowds. The nearest beach is located in Rakalj, a small coastal town about 25 minutes away by car. Popular Istrian destinations are also easily accessible – Rovinj is around 25 minutes away, Poreč about 35 minutes, and Pula can be reached in approximately 40 minutes.
