Charming and spacious villa with private sea access located only 20 minutes away from Dubrovnik. Villa features five bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, beautiful al-fresco dining area with 180 views of Elafiti islands, and an outside jacuzzi. Villa offers privacy and private access to the sea. Villa K has a sister property of similar size next door and potential to be rented together for groups needing 12 rooms.
