It is a city that is visited every year by many domestic and foreign tourists because everyone can find something for themselves. What attracts guests the most is the fact that there are not many roads in the centre of Zadar, so it makes it easier to see the city and is accessible to all those who like to walk and create memories. If you are a fan of historical sights, untouched nature and the clear Adriatic Sea, then Villa Katarina Diklo, together with the city of Zadar, is an excellent choice for a family holiday with children or a group of dearest friends. The villa was built in 2021 in a rustic style, has 140 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 600 m2. It is 1 km away from the nearest sea and beach, and the same distance from the nearest restaurants and cafes. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower, and there are two more ordinary bathrooms, also with showers. There is also a TV in each bedroom. In the living room you will be comfortably seated on a sofa that also serves as an extra bed for two people, and there is also a TV, chest of drawers, romantic fireplace, armchair and coffee table. Near the living room there is a game room, where both younger and older ones will have fun playing billiards or darts. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals for the whole family, and in the dining room there is a dining table for 6 people, and includes a TV.
