I was born and grew up in Croatia. In the 1970s I came to Germany and lived there for 35 years. Now I have returned to Croatia to enjoy the pleasant climate, the sea air and the good food on my evening of my life.

The house "Villa Klaudia" is located near the old town of Trogir, in Okrug Gornji on the island Ciovo. The house is fully air conditioned, since 2014, we have a new swimming pool, we have in all apartments free wireless Internet, has ample parking, 5 garages and a large grill, which are available to our guests. The apartments have a great sea view and you can enjoy wonderful sunsets on the balcony or on the terrace. I built the house to my own ideas. It is not a standard apartment house, it was built with attention to the details. First of all, it should be used privately, but it has become much too large to occupy by itself, so it is offered for rent.

Our house is located on the island of Ciovo (Okrug Gornji in), it is about 1.5 km away from Trogir. The island is connected to Trogir by a bridge. For several years, Ciovo has become a popular tourist area. Along the promenade stretches a long pebbly beach (Okrug Beach), which is flat. This beach offers excellent swimming for young and old. Okrug Gornji has shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, and there are good leisure facilities such as waterskiing, jet skiing, boat rentals and diving schools. There are also tennis courts, mini golf courses in the 5 km away hotel complex Medena in Trogir.
