Villa Maria is located on the eastern coast of Istria, in the small village of Ripenda Verbanci. The crystal-clear sea in Rabac can be reached in just 10 minutes of an easy drive. The picturesque old town of Labin is only 3 km away. It is a city of artists, good restaurants, small shops, and is therefore very attractive and convenient for summer evening strolling around or peaceful and worriless enjoying in restaurants with an exceptional gastronomic offer or in cafes on the square of the old town. A beautiful view from the top of the old town stretches on the entire bay and nearby islands. You will remain equally speechless looking at Rabac - a tourist resort with beautiful beaches for every taste, for families, for children, for adults ... But Rabac is not the only place where you can go for a swim. Not far away other smaller towns on the sea with beautiful beaches are waiting to be discovered like St. Marina, Ravni, Prklog and other hidden gems that are located up to a maximum of 20 minutes of a normal drive.
