Villa MATKOVIĆ with a pool, 5 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, a traditional tavern/kitchen, terrace, balcony, secured parking for up to 4 cars and the best view over Split. Villa's location is Kucine, small place next to Split (10mins distance with a car). Suitable for all, including families, groups of friends, couples, company vacations etc. Check ins (arrivals) and check outs (departures) should be on Saturdays, but we are flexible so feel free to message us beforehand. Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia), so that applies to villas as well. This is a holiday home, not a party house, therefore it's more suitable for families, couples or business trips. It's not for young group of friends due to bad past experience.
