Villa Mia is a luxurious retreat located in Seget-Vranjica, Croatia, with stunning sea views and modern amenities. The villa boasts an elegant design, high-quality facilities, and a prime location near the sea. The town of Seget-Vranjica is charming and has winding streets, while the UNESCO World Heritage city of Trogir is only 4 kilometers away. Split International Airport is 11 kilometers away for easy access.
The villa features the latest air conditioning and heating on three floors, free wifi, balconies with great sea views, a garden with a playground, and a private saltwater pool. Built-in 2023, the villa has three bedrooms that can be completely blacked out with electronic blinds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there are five bathrooms in total, including three en-suite bathrooms. The villa can accommodate up to six people.
The villa offers both privacy and the proximity and advantages of a small Croatian town, with Sedlo beach only 300 meters away. Guests can also find restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and other beaches nearby. The UNESCO World Heritage cities of Trogir and Split can be reached within 20 minutes by car, allowing guests to experience the impressive history of Dalmatia. Day trips to Primosten, Sibenik, Krka National Park with its waterfalls, and even Dubrovnik are also possible. On-site parking is available, as well as a wallbox for electric cars in the garage belonging to the house.
