Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the heart of Pula, just 500 meters from the Arena. Located in an elegant building, Villa Munz, with a view of the harbor and the sea. Surrounded by a park, it provides a sense of peace. In a dead-end street, the neighborhood is quiet without traffic noise. Free public parking around the building. The location allows easy access to entering and leaving the city for exploring Istria. The apartment features spacious rooms, including a large bedroom with a king-size bed for your utmost comfort. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, and the expansive living room provides a perfect space to unwind, complete with a TV and MAX TV programs featuring sports and family channels in multiple languages. The accommodation also includes a cozy single bedroom and a generously sized bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
As a host, I enjoy staying in touch with guests and being available upon their arrival. As a welcome gesture, we offer fruit, wine, mineral water.
