Inside, the ground-floor apartment is furnished in a very contemporary and luxurious manner. The living room is open and features a comfy lounging area with a Smart TV and direct access to a sunny, sea-view terrace elevated with a private Jacuzzi, open-air dining area and BBQ. This is further complemented by a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine, and induction hob for a hassle-free stay here. - A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required for under 21 years old groups. Note: From 24 October 2024 a maximum of 2 pets are allowed on request in the property at 70 EUR/Stay.
