Villa Nila will give you a true feeling of a holiday on the sea. Just minutes from the beach, so close to Pula and its historical monuments, great restaurants and fun events. The house has a private and fenced garden with parking for at least 4 cars. With 5 bedrooms, the house has enough space for up to 11 people. The basement has a large open area with a large dining table for 10 people. The ground floor has a large living room, large kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. There is a Jacuzzi tub on the terrace. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace with Jacuzzi.

Only 230 metres to the nearest beach! Villa Nila is a beautifully furnished holiday home in the far south of Istria. The village of Premantura, where the villa is located, is surrounded by sea in all directions! The world famous national park "Kamenjak" is only a few minutes away from the house and offers a unique amazing beach at the southernmost point of Istria, overlooking only the Adriatic sea!
