Villa Nila will give you a true feeling of a holiday on the sea. Just minutes from the beach, so close to Pula and its historical monuments, great restaurants and fun events. The house has a private and fenced garden with parking for at least 4 cars. With 5 bedrooms, the house has enough space for up to 11 people. The basement has a large open area with a large dining table for 10 people. The ground floor has a large living room, large kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. There is a Jacuzzi tub on the terrace. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace with Jacuzzi.

The village of Premantura, where the villa is located, is surrounded by sea in all directions! The world famous national park "Kamenjak" is only a few minutes away from the house and offers a unique amazing beach at the southernmost point of Istria, overlooking only the Adriatic sea!
