Steep climbs, kilometers of paved roads through almost untouched nature, panoramic views over the entire Kvarner Bay, many picturesque towns on the coast or in the hinterland, traditional taverns and gostionas (rustic inns with delicious food and good wine) leave the race biker the heart beat faster.

The house has its own "plaza", a concrete decking platform right on the coast (not exclusive, as beaches in Croatia must always be open to the public). The seaside resort of Opatija, which was appreciated by Austrian emperors at an early age, is approx. 40 km to the east, approx. 40 km to the west is the coastal town of Pula with its famous amphitheater, in which first-class theater / music performances take place all year round.
