The villa is surrounded by unspoilt nature and is located in the magical Brtonigla, a small town in northwestern Istria. The total area of Villa Primavera is 230 m2 and the total capacity of the villa is 10 people. The villa has 4 luxurious and air-conditioned bedrooms. Three bedrooms have king-size beds and one has 2 single beds. All bedrooms also have their own fully equipped bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa and the rest are on the upper floor, where you have two terraces from which you can enjoy the tranquillity and beautiful views of the greenery and nature that surround this luxurious beauty. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and an additional toilet. On the spacious terrace and in the courtyard of the villa there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, outdoor table and a beautiful pool of 40 m2. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool where you can enjoy the summer sun. For complete relaxation, there is a jacuzzi right next to the pool in the villa's green courtyard. In the fully fenced yard there is a beautiful green lawn with a playground for children with a trampoline, and badminton and bicycles are also available for use. There are two parking spaces in the courtyard and an additional car park outside the courtyard. Villa Primavera is part of a larger complex of three villas.
