Villa Ribica is a modern cozy home for small family or group of four friends. This lovely home is fenced in with private parking, olive garden and terrace with a pool and grill area. It has everything one needs for a comfortable vacation, just like in your own house. There is a full size kitchen, spacious living room, and one powder room on the first floor. The two bedrooms, each with large bathroom are on the second floor. The Villa has free WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, coffee machine, dishwasher and the clothes washer.
My husband and I build this lovely home with lots of thought, so that all of our guest staying in it can feel comfortable and cozy just like in their own home. All the details in and around the house reflect deep welcome and gratitude for staying in our home.
Villa has a sea and mountain view. Villa is surrounded by other vacation homes in a nice neighborhood. Private gated driveway is shared by Villa Paolo and Villa Ribica on a one family property.
