Property information

Villa Romana is located in the small town of Barat 3 km away from Višnjan and 15 km from the city of Poreč. The villa has a private pool and can accommodate up to max. 11 people (9+2). It was built in a modern rustic style and offers a combination of comfort, activity and nature. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the pool and two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a sauna. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with balconies. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. In the basement there is a tavern with a bar and wine cellar. There is also an additional toilet and shower. In the outer part on disposal is a dining area and a BBQ on the terrace and the private pool is equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas. Among the activities available to guests are table tennis and goals that can be placed on the meadow (football) and in the pool (water polo). Dogs are allowed free of charge and the maximum number of dogs allowed is 2. Private parking is onsite.
