Our location is situated at the bottom of the mountain Mosor, with very peaceful surroundings, isolated from any commercialization or noise, yet at only 22 km from Split and 5 km from the exit of the highway. Perfectly close, but still far enough to have your own privacy. Regarding your activities in the area, we would recommend variety of possibilities. Here are some very nice places you can visit close to our house. VilLA ROMANSA is situated only 5 KM from the exit of the highaway . Which direction you take is your perfect starting point if you decide to take a walking and sightseeing tour around most famous Croatian historical cities (Split, Sinj,Trogir, Šibenik, Zadar, Dubrovnik) , Croatian national parks (Krka, Plitvička jezera or visit beautiful islands with which Dalmatia is proud – Šolta ( 30 min driving ) , Brac ( 45 min driving ), Hvar ( 2 hours driving ). For more distanced islands ( Korčula, Vis ) I would suggest more than one day staying..
