Comfortable house 70m from the sea, separated from neighbouring houses with full privacy, will provide you peace and rest by the sea view pool, outdoor fireplace and arbour. Enjoy a fantastic view of the bay, far-off archipelago and the sounds of the waves. An excellent choice for those who seek peace and privacy in an area surrounded by pine and olive trees and out of sight of neighbours and passing cars. A nice balance between a modern house and untouched nature will provide our guests an unforgettable holiday.

Dynamics and rhythm of life in this neighborhood,will make you feel as if time stood still.Walking trails and cycling paths lets you enjoy the unspoiled nature.Sunset walk by sea promenade will provide you the maximum enjoyment in the Mediterranean ambient in a small fishing village.Nice weather and the sun, the sound of breeze,crickets and waves are things that can have an impact on your stay. With the highest number of sunny days on the Adriatic coast,our guests can enjoy in the cleanest sea on the coast,all thanks to the geographical position.Namely,Ražanj is on the outermost area of land on the Adriatic coast.30 minutes from international airport,close to the highway and one hour from the international ferry port,makes this place very accessible.Also,in just one hour by car,our guests can get to the two national parks and three cities under UNESCO protection.Depending on requirements,we can offer transportation services,breakfast preparation,and any other support with food preparation by our housekeepers.
