Property information

Villa Tereza is surrounded by greenery and located right next to the sea. A little private beach is almost an extension of your terrace and the big sandy beach is located about a hundred meters from there. All apartments are completely equipped. Alongside with the choice of suites (2 – 8 persons) we offer the use of the garden where there is a pavilion with a large sea view barbecue, an area surrounded by rich greenery.

Neighbourhood information

Villa Tereza is located in beautiful cove Caska, famous for its rich history since ancient Roman times, with archaeological findings dating from the 1st century and stone buildings dating from the middle ages. We offer you excellent accommodation in the center of natural and historical riches of Island of Pag. Our house is located in cove Caska, 15 minutes of walk from beach Zrće and 3 km distance from town Novalja. Zrće is only a beach, and the nearest town is Novalja. Caska is a small town with apartments and restaurants, so the nearest store and everything else is located in Novalja. Caska is nearest to Zrće, as you can get to Zrće from there by foot. There is also a non-stop bus line driving from Novalja to Zrće, so you can use this bus line to get to Novalja (so you walk from Caska to Zrće, where you take the bus). On the island you can also take a taxi. The price for a bus ride is around 20 HRK (around 3 EUR).
