Choose a dream location. Picturesque villa Tinka situated in Sumartin allows you to enjoy in breathtaking view alongside luxurious amenities. Villa Tinka is built out of white Brač stone, thus creating a unique bond between traditional elements and modern, luxury solutions. The villa itself consists out of 2 connected units. Each unit has a master bedroom with terrace access and bay view, two spacious bedrooms, living space, dining space, sauna, and gym. An outdoor pool is a central point of the villa. This area also offers you an opportunity to dine outside while enjoying the view. You can also use the outside fireplace for grilling or you can try to prepare a traditional Dalmatian peka. Concierge service is at disposal during stay in our villa for all of our guests.

Neighbourhood information

Located in centre od Sumartin on easter shore of Brač, just 50 meters from harbour, main promenade where you can find wide choice of bars and restaurants with best local gastronomy. Beach is also quite close and can be reached in 2-3 min by walk.
