Wonderful three storey holiday home with a large private pool for 16 people. The house consists of 8 bedrooms (6 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with separate beds). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with open fireplace and direct access to the covered terrace and pool. On the second and third floors there are bedrooms with bathrooms. From the balcony of this large house, furnished with rustic furniture from all over the world, offers a view of the western coast of Istria and the sea in the distance. The house also offers a pool (100 m2) with deck chairs, a beach volleyball court and a bowling court. Private parking is in front of the house. A large country garden with outdoor furniture and dining table in the shade of oaks will delight guests. The villa is located on a gentle hill, in a very quiet location with lots of greenery. Shops and restaurants are 5 km away and the nearest beach is a 25-minute drive away. Young groups aren't allowed.

Barat is a small hilltop village in the central part of Istria, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding places and the sea in the distance. Due to its ideal position and good traffic connections with the cities of the western coast of Istria (Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar), it attracts many tourists and nature lovers. Recommended for cycling enthusiasts, there are many marked biking trails nearby that connect the famous historic Istrian towns.
