There is a lot of room on the property where guests can sit and enjoy themselves. There is a view from most angles whether the big carpark or the pool/sun area or patio.. We have left the units uncluttered and spacious. We are inviting guests to approach us for anyting they need, we are here to help.

We arrived in Croatia in 2018 to start a new life in a country and in a new professional direction. Hermien has years of previous experience in hospitality (10 running her own restaurant in Holland) and years of hotel management experience in South Africa and New Zealand. Steve has managed a powertool shop in New Zealand which has come in very handy over the last few months. We both love nature, the beach, walking and exploring the area.

We live in the old part of Mimice. There is a honey farm about 50 meters away and an art gallery about 50 meters. The beautiful old church will ring the bells on the hour so one does not need a watch.... There are restaurants/a post office/tourist bureau/supermarket/cafe-bar within 400 meters and barely 5 minute walk away. The busy little marina area sees bars/restaurants and boats are coming in and out. Omis is just over 10 minutes drive away and one can take a boat ride, go rafting, zip-lining, mountain climbing, go up to the old Fort or just relax on the beach at the many cafes there where the coffee is great.
