Dear guests! Please send us your check-in time so that we can wait for you at the accommodation. The latest check-in time is 11 p.m. Please contact us if you arrive later, as we need to confirm the later arrival. There is a charge for late check-in (after 10 p.m.). If we have not confirmed the late check-in (usually by midnight at most) and you have not canceled the reservation in time, we will consider the reservation as a NO-SHOW (not arrived) and act accordingly (the full stay fee must be paid). If you arrive later than 8 PM, please contact us. If you didn't informed us about you arrival after 8 PM, we try to contact you, and if it is no possible, we hold the rights to sell the room to someone else after 8:30 PM. It is forbidden to bring animals into the accommodation area, if our Guests do bring an animal without our knowledge, we will charge a fee of one hundred euros per night for each animal. Thank you for your understanding. Upon arrival, all guests over 14 years of age is required to present a photo ID card required by law, the details of this ID will be recorded by the accommodation (Act CLVI of 2016, Section 9/H). In any other case, the accommodation will refuse to provide accommodation services based on paragraph (2) of the above-mentioned legal text. In this case, the reservation will be treated as a "no-show". For a guest under 14 years, the details may also be provided based on the declaration of the legal representative.
