This is a brand new house built in central Budapest. It has elevator, garden, garage, bicycle parking and geothermical heating and cooling system which gives the apartment a solid steady temperature throughout instead of cooling parts of the apartment with ordinary split clima.
We manage quite a few apartments in the house with the biggest attention on detail, cleanliness and comfort. Any requests can easily be fulfilled, all difficulties easily solved.
Located in Csengery street between Western Railway Station and Oktogon. 5mins walk to the main tram line, m1 and m3 metro stations, Westend Shopping Mall, Spar supermarkets, bigger and smaller grocery shops, markets, cafes and restaurants.
