Cork Apartman is located in the center of Eger in a hictorical building. 76sqm offers spacious, comfortable spaces for guests to relax. Free parking in the yard provides comfort for 1 car right in front of the entrance. A few minutes walk from Eger Castle, Dobó Square, Basilica, Minorite Church, Archbishop's Palace, Fazola Gate, Planetarium, in the heart of Eger. The apartment has free high-speed WIFI and Smart TV. Large kitchen with dining area, refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, sandwich maker, tea maker and grounder coffee machine. The apartment can accommodate maximum 6 people and consists of a spacious living room with a corner sofa and a sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (with luxury hotel boxspring queen beds) and a bathroom with a double corner bath and a hairdryer. Baby equipment ensures the comfort of families with small children (mobile cot, baby bedding, rubber sheet, high chair, potty, baby plates and glasses, companions, toys, storybooks). Summer days the apartman could be cooled with two air-conditioners. The small front terrace is a cozy place to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine.
The history of Cork Apartment dates back to the ’90s, when I lived half my life in Eger. I loved every detail of Eger. Especially the little details. The small streets, the atmosphere, the feeling, the Throwing Square, the Valley of the Beautiful Woman, the castle, the pedestrian street, the frog cookies, the downtown, the history, the buildings, the small pubs and wine bars, the vineyards. As I walked, several buildings stuck inside me. Feeling good. This good feeling has persisted for many years and decades to come. The atmosphere, feelings and flashes of the city remained. He who comes to Eger, immerses himself in it, will never forget. The history of the Cork Apartment building is particularly fascinating. It is good to exist and relax here. The huge walls of the house are reminiscent of a castle and radiate some inexplicable serenity. The interior, layout, equipment provide everything you may need.
Cork Apartman is located in the heart of Eger. The main sights are a few minutes ’walk away. The Eger Cathedral, the Astronomical Museum and Camera Obscura, the Eger High School, the Eger Minaret, the Eger Castle, the Kopcsik Marzipan and the Bell House. The Valley of the Beautiful Woman, surrounded by famous wine cellars, is a comfortable 15-20 minute walk away. By car, the Egerszalók Thermal Bath and the Demjen Thermal Bath are 10 minutes away. Hiking and trekking are possible in the nearby mountains (Bükk and Mátra). (COVID protection: disinfectatnt cleaning, sensor antiseptic liquid machine, contactless check-in and out)
