Dura Vendégház is a real northern Great Plain resort in the immediate vicinity of the Tisza River in Paszab. The village is located 26 km from Nyíregyháza, 25 km from Tokaj and 32 km from Sárospatak. Debrecen International Airport is 86 km away. The Guesthouse was built around the early 1900s. The high ceiling of the building suggests that the house was the home of a wealthier, more modest family at the turn of the century. The main building has two well-equipped 15 m2 guest rooms with central heating (brand new: refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV - model of 2020, internet, etc.). Both have a private bathroom with a massage cabin. Guests have the opportunity to cook both indoors and outdoors. The shared indoor kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas hob, air oven, and other modern kitchenware. There is also a laundry room for guests ’convenience. The house is surrounded by a 7200 sqm plot, which provides spacious space for any leisure activity mainly with the following available services: swimming pool, jacuzzi, hot tub, gazebo with oven (approx. 40 seats), sauna, wine cellar, barbecue, fire pit, children's playground, free covered parking in the yard.

The accommodation is a perfect excursion destination for couples, families and groups of friends, thanks to its facilities and the surrounding landscapes and tourist points that can be easily explored on foot or by bicycle. In and around the village you can find: Paszabi woven folk art house, the famous organ of the Reformed Church, the Tisza river and its wildlife - nature reserve, a sandy beach of Tisza, the birthplace and memorial house of the Enlightenment creator György Bessenyei. Nearby: Earth castle from the time of the conquest, a fortress built of wood and earth in the best condition in Europe. Árpádian church, made famous by the National Synod in 1092.
