The 56 sqm apartment with French elegance with 2 rooms for up to 4 people is found on the 1st floor of the villa and you can get there through the shared entrance hall and the staircase. The apartment consists of a small hall, two opposing rooms and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The bedroom has an 8 sqm balcony facing Gellért hill, the city, Buda Hills and the romantic rose-garden of the villa. There is a work desk. This room can be used as a Home-Office as well. The other room can used as living room, kitchen and dining room and as a bedroom as well. The apartment is well-equipped: AC and radiator heating in both rooms, smart-TV in the living room, induction cooker, micro-oven, refrigerator & freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster in the kitchen-area. There is full size pull-out sofa-bed. This room has a 30 sqm huge terrace with stylish furniture. On the same floor is a great private bathroom with a 90 cm * 120 luxury douche. You can access the terrace from the bathroom too. All windows and the terrace-doors are protected by mosquito nets, so you can enjoy the calmness and the fresh air with open windows any time. The guests can use the shared laundry room equipped with washing machine & dryer and iron and ironing board from 10:00 am to 18:00 pm. WLAN & parking on the street are free. The owners live in the villa as well and have 2 timid cats, that (should) have no entry to the guest-apartment.

All the important sights are easily and quickly accessible from our place: Castle Hill with Fishermen' s Bastion and Matthias Church, Parliament, Budapest-Eye, St. Stephen Basilica, Café Gerbeaud, Heroes Square and of course the world-famous thermal bathes: Gellért, Széchenyi, Rudas, Lukács and all the magnificent museums, charming little art-galleries, and antiquity-shops with their treasures to be discovered. After an eventful day full of experiences, you can relax in the garden and enjoy the sunset on the terrace or in the garden with a nice meal and fine Hungarian wine. Our guests can enjoy the quietude of a city-garden, the unique conveniences of a mansion in a romantic rose garden with more than 100 roses, lavender & sage; the sunbeds, the rose-pavilion, the swing-bed and the scenic authentically British wrought-iron furniture. The apartment is especially suitable for travellers with car. You can park free in front of our house and discover Budapest by public transport or by car. The nearest railway station "Déli pályaudvar" with the metro terminal M2 is only 10 minutes away. There are direct bus lines into the city: Nr. 21, 21A, 212, 39, 112, all accessible within 5 minutes by foot and there is a MOL fuelling station with a small shop which is open from 6:00 till 22:00 o'clock; a well sorted grocery shop with fresh fruits & vegetables, a Korean restaurant and a nice bakery & coffee room with good coffee fresh bread & tasty pastries. The food delivery companies provide you with various authentic ethnic food choices night & day. Similarly, grocery shopping can be done in appr. 30 minutes without having to carry anything or using your car. This way you can enjoy your holiday without traffic, busy stores and tiresome cooking.
