Turn-of-the-century villa building, with a nostalgic atmosphere, in a beautiful green environment, just 15 minutes from the city center, with free parking.
Levander: 4-room, 2-living room apartment on the mezzanine floor, for a maximum of 8 people. 130m2. With exclusive use of the garden, private outdoor jacuzzi, swimming pool (seasonal), large outdoor terrace. 4 separate bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds), 2 living rooms, 1 bathroom + 2 showers, 2 toilets.
Equipment: Air conditioning, smart TV, hairdryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Parking is free, on the street in front of the house.
Our apartment building includes 6 apartments.
