Property information

Our big nice house, just recently completely renovated, has 9 private rooms within 2 separated apartment for 1,2,3 & 4 persons occupancy, all together up to 20 persons (16 pers. in the big apartment and 4 pers. in the small one), and with 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 1 entrance terrace and 2 fully equipped kitchens all those on sharing basis which every guest is expected/asked to use in such mode +cleaning that will enable its use also by all the other guests. (limited) car parking available within our yard. rooms can be rented each one separately or some rooms together, even the whole place. rather central /quiet location, 400 m from the city center, 900 m from the Balaton lake. damage/ security deposit required upon arrival: 100 EURO for each rented room. this is also to cover the strict keeping of all the house rules as well as the sharing rules mentioned above. 5 rooms have air-condition installed. the cost of (optional) using the air-condition is 6000 Ft/day/room, NOT included in the basic room/night fee. please pay very careful attention to our check in + check out hours! late check in/out, IF AVAILABLE, cost extra. ADDITIONALLY we charge an extra (!) FOR THE UTILITIES based on the meter reading at check-out.

Please note that in case that you do not agree with any of this conditions than you can cancel your reservation free-of-charge within 2 hours from reservation. later not. In case of last minute reservation (less than 24 hours to check in) the free cancellation is available for 1 hour only. In winter (from September) we switch on the gaz heating if needed. we always charge an extra (!) utilities fee based on the meters reading at check in/out. In case of renting multiple rooms, the security deposit is 100euro/room. For long-term stays, the deposit is 200euro per room. We can accommodate up to 21 people in total in our 2 apartments. washing/drying is strictly forbidden inside the rooms. late check in/out, IF AVAILABLE, cost extra each started hour!
