Willkommen - Welcome - Bienvenue - Bienvendio - Welkom! Born and raised in the region of Dortmund, Germany, early on, I developed a strong interest for foreign languages and travelling. I spent most of my early adulthood in various countries. The USA, Honduras, the Netherlands, France and Switzerland were my stops while studying, doing community work and starting my career. Nowadays, I have "settled" in Berlin, Germany, since almost 15 years. While my day-to-day life focuses heavily on the digital start up world, I keep on escaping on a regular base, jumping on an airplane to explore cities around Europe for a weekend. My secret passions include communist architecture and the Eurovision Song Contest. As a host I look forward to welcoming you in one of my venues and making your stay unforgettable.

Property information

Located in a historic factory building close to Keleti train station. It's within walking distance from the touristic center, cool bars and restaurants. The building was recently renovated mixing its traditional appearance with modern, industrial architectural design. The apartment faces quiet court to the back. Fast internet, a working desk and a cosy balcony offer plenty of options to study and/or work. There is a gym, laundry room and café in the building that can be used.

Neighbourhood information

The building is located in a university neighborhood within walking distance from the main train station Keleti. There are some coffee places and restaurants around the corner. The touristic area with sights, bars and traditional restaurants is 10-15min walking. The Keleti train station is 5min walking away. From there you can take various buses and the metro to explore the city. International trains to Vienna (for example) are also arriving and leaving from here.
