Open all year round, this comfortable holiday home can accommodate 4-5 people in the valley of the Séd stream, in Királyszentistván, a town rich in historical traditions. It is located on a family estate of several hectares in a quiet environment, providing a home away from home for those seeking relaxation. The guest house offers two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a sun terrace and a covered terrace. The house is heated by gas and also has air conditioning. In our garden, you can cook in a cauldron under shady trees, barbecue, and get to know our pets. Our wellness relaxation house, which belongs to our guest house, is open to our guests all year round (jacuzzi, infrared and Finnish sauna, hydromassage shower, relaxation room), but the price of accommodation does not include this. We only charge for our wellness services for the days you use them. Children can enjoy the sandpit, playground, and trampoline. The price of accommodation includes use of our games room in the basement of our guest house (reserved exclusively for our guests), where all age groups can find entertainment even in bad weather (e.g., electric air hockey, darts, table football, billiards, countless board games, cards, books, toys for children, slide shows, etc.). Upon request, we offer free tours of the estate with or without a guide, using a hiking map and following the signs on the Vincellér walking trail. Among our paid services, we would like to mention our exciting treasure hunt (which is also fun for adults) on the estate at a pre-arranged time at any time of the year, with gifts, a map, and assistance. In addition, you can rent bicycles from us for a fee (we have 2 women's, 2 men's, and 2 children's bicycles) or enjoy gardening and crafts on the estate. Breakfast can be ordered in advance upon request. We preserve the history of our family and our environment in a specially designed collection room, which can be viewed free of charge.

Our guesthouse also offers bicycle rental, and you can rent our serviced bicycles. We can provide protective equipment, service kits, locks, trailers for transporting small children, and child seats for our bicycles. You can access the Balaton cycle route via a dedicated cycle path, or the Balaton Uplands and Káli Basin cycle routes via Veszprém. In 2023, our guesthouse won the Central Transdanubia Rural Service Provider Award, which we are very proud of.
