Hi Guys. my name is John. I moved to Bali with my partner Bianca. and our children 2 years ago and took over Villa Tepi in April last year. We have spent. all of the earnings of the property in renovations to ensure that we provide the best accommodation we possibly can to our guests. The Villa is located in a quiet area however close enough to walk or a short taxi or scooter ride into the vibrant, bustling areas of Seminyak and Legian. A 15 minute drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport and a 20 minute walk to Legian Beach or 15 minute walk to Bintang Supermarket. Villa Tepi Sungai offers private parking for guests with a fully covered garage big enough for either a car or multiple scooters. There is also plenty of street parking. The Villa is situated in a quiet laneway with no traffic passing through which makes it not only safer for children but no loud traffic noises can be heard from the Villa.
