IAquaria is situated in a quiet street away from the busy main road and traffic noise in Candi Dasa, East Bali….. Wander down the palm tree lined driveway toward the sea and you will find Aquaria there. Only 500 metres to the centre of town and yet a world away. Aquaria is literally on the ocean, ….The local jukung boats come right up to our ocean steps. The famous Gili Mimpang dive islands are opposite our hotel, and you can get a local fisherman or dive company to take you diving or snorkelling there. Tenganan village (now a World Heritage Unesco site) is ony 1km away. There are many things to do and see in East Bali. The kings water palace at Ujung, and his garden at Tirtaganga. Local market at nearby Amlapura (not tourist market). Mt Agung trekking, Kintamani lake, Amed salt makers; Goa Lawah, Besakih and Lampuyang temples are all within easy distance. Local and Australian cooking schools, Bike riding tours, white sand beach, soap making, chocolate factory are all close by.
