Tamu kami adalah keluarga kami. Kami memiliki beberapa usaha yang berada di satu lingkungan dengan Chacha Homestay & Dormitory dan tamu bisa melihat kegiatan kami seperti :
1. Lembaga kursus komputer, tamu bisa melihat bagaimana orang muda Manggarai belajar IT di kelas,
2. Rumah Makan Chacha, tamu tidak kesulitan bila ingin menikmati makanan Indonesia atau ingin belajar memasak, kami juga menyediakan makanan untuk vegetarian.
Kami adalah sebuah keluarga yang sangat terbuka, suka memasak dan menyukai travelling.

Properti Chacha Guest House & Dormitory didesain senyaman mungkin agar tamu merasa seperti di rumah sendiri selama menginap. Konsep Chacha homestay & Dormitory adalah ingin membuat tamu merasa tinggal dengan sebuah keluarga di Flores. Kami memiliki ruang tamu bersama yang letaknya terbuka (outdoor) tempat dimana tamu bisa bercengkerama dan berinteraksi dengan host ataupun dengan tamu lainnya. Aktifitas harian host dapat dilihat oleh tamu seperti memasak dan lain-lain. Meskipun di tengah kota pada pagi hari kita masih bisa mendengar suara kicauan burung.
Properti Chacha juga terletak disamping Agen bus Gunung Mas sehingga memudahkan para tamu untuk melanjutkan perjalanan dengan menggunakan bus.
