Our Studios are located at the ground floor of the villa building. There are only 2 studios for 2-3 guests. There is a beautiful garden and a swimming pool for our guests to relax. Our studios are modern (2019), spacious (app. 60 sqm), clean and well maintained. The studios have a kitchen with refrigerator / freezer, a sitting area with a sofa and smart TV and a bathroom. Our studio 2 is all-in-one, meaning the bed (Kingsize) is in the same room as the sitting area and kitchen. Studio 3 has a separate bedroom and has an extra closet area. Both studios have a patio. Studio 1 is private and not rented out. If families / friends book both studios, they will have a private pool and private garden. There is fast wifi. Our studios are often occupied by online workers. If desired an ergonomic office chair can be provided for a moderate compensation. Our accommodation is about 1 km from Lovina centre. By motorbike it takes about 5 minutes to the bars and restaurants. Supermarket Pepito, Spice beach and Dolphin statue are about 6 minutes by motorbike. If you like walking, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Lovina centre and the beach. Walk out the gate and wander around in the authentic Balinese community. We are surrounded by rice fields, local Bali houses and some other villas.
I am Indonesian, married with my Dutch husband. We live on Bali (Lovina). It is nice to host and manage our Hillside Lovina studios, as most of our guests really enjoy staying there. Me and my husband also own a one bedroom villa on Jimbaran (Ungasan, Balangan area) in the south of Bali. This villa, Villa Kupukupu Balangan, I also host and manage. I enjoy making our studios and the villa a relaxing place to spend the vacation, or to work. Both our studios, as well as Villa Kupukupu, can be rented for long stay as well.
Hillside Lovina is about a 5 minute drive by motorbike or car to Lovina centre with all the restaurants, shops and bars. The beach is a 7 minute drive, while supermarket Pepito is also around 7 minutes. Jl. Pisang is a quiet road, with rice fields and Balinese houses. There is a waring next door where drinks and some foods can be bought.
