This is our private property in Gresik. There are 3 property to be rent for daily, weekly or even monthly basis. Vila Raima Syariah (can be rent for the whole villa with 3 rooms or minimum rent of 2 rooms. - It has 2 King size bed and 5 single bed that can fit for total of 12 person (8 adults, 4 children and couple of infants). - Every room has it own AC, TV and private bath room equipped with stylish bathtub (for Luxury Room only), hot shower, elegant sink and closet. - In front of Luxury Room, you will get a Balinese style pool 2x5m with working water filter and jet stream for your comfort and relax in the water. - Fully kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, electric kettle, magic com, utensil and glass ware. - Dining and Living seat area near swimming pool. Luxury Room 2 at Pondok Raima - It has a mini whirlpool or jacuzzi - has a private access room with 1 king bed (can add extra single bed), AC, TV, Microwave, Dispenser and nice bathroom with hot shower, closet and wastafel. Cute Room 1 at Pondok Raima - It is a private access room with 2 single bed, AC, TV, Dispenser and nice bathroom with shower, closet and wastafel.
We are not living there.. A caretaker will be there for you whenever you needed. Pls call Mrs Nurul for any assistance.
This is a very quiet and relaxing neighbourhoods. Most of them are muslim and very near with Mosque. VILA RAIMA are SHARIA-compliant accommodations in accordance with Islamic law and within a religious environment. Unlawful couples and prohibited activities are PROHIBITED. Violations will be subject to sanctions from the Owner/Resident and criminal sanctions.
