- Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience.
