Our property is a completely renovated original family compound of six double rooms with modern facilities. We have a pool and restaurant which is also the site for our Cooking School. The setting is peaceful and tranquil, ideal for relaxing.
I am a Balinese Chef of 30 years experience, having worked in four and five star hotel kitchens, mostly in Bali and the Caribbean. I was recently the Executive Chef at Alila Manggis in East Bali but now have my own property in Ubud with my family.
Pesantian is on the outskirts of Ubud surrounded by rice paddies and lush green vegetation. We are in a small village called Pesalakan which offers examples of daily life but we can also arrange a variety of activities either locally or across Bali.
