Other meals can be self-catered or paid onsite. These activities are not allowed at the Villa:<br> a. Smoking inside the villa and outside at the terrace, except at the gazebo. All cigarette butt must be disposed off into the provided safety cigarette bin, and not scattered around to prevent fire. b. Littering or throwing away rubbish or garbage outside the provided rubbish bins. c. Bringing any kind of animals into the villa, whether it is pet, or wildlife. d. Bon fire or cooking activities such as BBQ outside the approved area. e. Parties, or any kind of celebrations that bring in many visitors. Non-staying visitors, maximum of 4 regardless age, are required by the village to leave villas at 10 pm latest. f. Any activities that cause high noise level that may disturb other villas’ occupants’ comfort. The villa provides safe deposit box and shall not be responsible for any missing items inside and outside the villa. The CCTV system may be used for investigation for loss / damages in the outdoor part of the villa. If the renter requests the CCTV to be turned off, the renter agrees to take full responsibilities for any damages and loss occurred indoor and outdoor within the Villa’s premises. Nyepi (Silent Day - Bali): Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on certain dates based on lunar year. The Nyepi (Silent) Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island. No outdoor activities are allowed including check in and check out from hotels as per local authorities.

We are Indonesian and American couple, who loves to travel and enjoys new experiences. Our staff, Henny and Ketut, who are also wife-husband, are true Balinese gems who are always cheerful and happy to welcome our guests. Henny, our Villa Manager, is a great cook, all our guests gave highest compliments on her skills with the dishes that they want. Henny will cook for you any meals you would like to have and do the groceries for you for small fees. She can also make an excellent and affordable meal plan for you based on your preferences and dietary requirements. She also can help you with any of the service reservations such as tours, dolphin watching, diving, snorkeling, in-villa massage / hair services etc. Ketut is a splendid facility caretaker who keeps the outdoor facility clean and green, the swimming pool clean, and the overall utilities up to standard. Although our team is small, we always strive to provide our guests with the best experience they will ever have in North Bali, and feel at home. Please do note that our staff do not live on-site. Their available time is during weekly housekeeping or as agreed with you. When they are not on-site, our Security will help with any emergencies<br>

Rumah Senja is a registered rental villa under the name of Rinisha Rumah Senja with Buleleng Regency in North Bali, Indonesia. We are located within Sing Sing Villas complex in LAbuhan Aji, Temukus. Within short walking distance, guests can visit Sing Sing waterfall when the season is right. Pemuteran is abt 1 hr drive. On the main road, about 30 minutes of brisk walk down the hill, there are various points of interests that our guests may enjoy: Krisna Funtasticland - this is a theme park but open from late afternoon around 4pm, to around 10pm.
