Its location offers short distance to the famous areas of Canggu and Seminyak, while also being conveniently close to an international school and the main road, providing easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants.
The villa spans 450 m² of land with a 300 m² building, thoughtfully designed across two levels, and was newly built in 2024. The interior boasts a spacious living room, alongside an open-plan kitchen and dining area designed for seamless entertaining. Both bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms.
