Other important information (to be aware of before booking): - Check-in time is at 14:00 by default, late check-in after 5 PM is available with key box - Check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. - There will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. - Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through WA from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. Chef service is subject to availability and comes with an additional cost. - For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - This villa is for 4 people including adult and children.

However it can be accessed by scooter.** **Parking space is fit to scooter, car parking is not available in the villa** Kindly note that nature sounds are an integral part of Balinese holidays and culture. Indeed, being on a tropical Island, it is not uncommon to hear or spot animals in the surroundings. *Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. The property is located in a traditional farming area where natural sounds and scents can occasionally be experienced As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from insects and animals who inhabit the rice field and surroundings (frogs, chickens etc.). This is the charm of living close to nature in Bali Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
