A cozy sanctuary in the heart of Bali - perfect for families (with or without kids) and large groups! Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and many spa’s along Jl. Pangkung Sari, Seminyak. This villa combines a traditional style with the comfort of hi-end equipments, to offer the best possible experience. Decorations and furnitures are all locally sourced, amongst the best local craftmans. The layout has been designed to balance privacy with social gatherings, offering a total capacity of 14 pax. **Other important information (to be aware of before booking): - Check in time from 3pm - 8pm, late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons. - Check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. - There will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. - Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through Whats/app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. Chef service is subject to availability and comes with an additional cost. - For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - This villa is for 12 people. If you have more person, it would be charged USD 25/pax/night from 2 years old. Maximum 2 extra person allowed.

This villa is located in the heart of Seminyak, at around 30min drive from the airport. The access is easy and smooth, as the main highway (Jl Sunset Road) will bring you very close to the villa. **The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort. **Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
