Property information

Chill out in your own private pool. You're walking distance to some of Bali's best surf beaches & beach clubs (La Brisa & Como). Shortcuts by scooter or foot give you access to the Canggu action to eat, party and hang out, but away enough from the main drag to enjoy a quieter experience. Cleaned daily with a dedicated villa manager to assist with all reasonable requests. Please note that there is a potential for noise at our 1-BR villas as next door neighbour undergoing construction during the day from 8am-5pm. Also the beach clubs on weekend nights may play music louder than we'd like, but hey it's Bali. Guests please take note of your bookings, our 1-BR villa has its own private pool with no access to the big pool which is exclusively available to our premium 4-BR villa. There is no common area for the 4-BR villa facilities. There is no kitchen access for 1-BR villa guest. The 100m2 are includes the villa's pool, garden and pathways. Also please carefully review your confirmation whether your booking comes with breakfast. For guests of our 1-BR villa with 3 guests please note if your booking comes with free breakfast that is available for the first 2 guests, additional charge of 140k IDR applies for the third breakfast.

Neighbourhood information

Villa Markisa's 9-villa complex is nestled in the Pererenan village and five-minutes' walk to Bali's famous surfers' paradise Echo Beach and La Brisa as well as Como Beach Clubs. Pererenan is named #3 coolest neighborhood in SEA Today News. Walking distance away to beach cafes and quick motorbike ride to downtown Canggu for shops and cafes on Batubolong street -- Deus, The Practice.
