Joe’s Cottage is set in the peaceful townland of Tullabrack, just a 5-minute drive from Kilrush and 15 minutes from Doonbeg. Its location makes it an excellent base for exploring County Clare, from the world-famous Cliffs of Moher and Lahinch Beach to the Aillwee Caves, Scattery Island, and the region’s many golden sandy shores.
Recently renovated, the cottage combines comfort with thoughtful design. Sleeping up to 6 guests, it offers three bedrooms. The downstairs double bedroom features a walk-in shower suitable for assisted wheelchair users, along with a guest toilet. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and one twin room, sharing a family bathroom with both a bath and an electric shower. A striking glass feature wall overlooks the bright kitchen and dining area below.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, complemented by a utility space with washing machine and tumble dryer. A dining table seats six, while the cosy sitting room provides comfortable couches, TV, and free WiFi.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy an enclosed rear area with benches, surrounded by open green fields — perfect for children to play. Private parking, bed linen, and towels are included.

Kilrush, just 2.5 miles away, offers shops, restaurants, and the new West Coast Aqua Park, a family-friendly attraction (extra charges apply). Scenic walks along country lanes lead to the local windmills, while White Strand Beach in Doonbeg provides safe swimming for children. A 30–40 minute drive brings you to Lahinch, the Cliffs of Moher, and Doolin, renowned for its traditional Irish music.
